1. Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Software products once activated or delivered
• Customized or special-order items
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Late or Missing Refunds
